Yes! You read that correctly! You can be paid simply for finding houses that are vacant, under priced, and/or distressed. Find target properties, and share that info with us. We will pay you based on the value of the deal. If you have a friend that is going into foreclosure, or you know someone that just wants out of their property, send them to us and we will give you a finders fee. It really can be that simple. No leaking sinks, busted pipes, termites, or tenants. Just simple referrals.
Assigning Properties
Assignments are opportunities to make even more money for finding deals! Now you are responsible for negotiating the price and getting the property under contract. These assignments can payout anywhere from $2,000 - $10,000 per property. If you do five assignments in a month you can be paid upwards of $50,000 for the month. Some assignment deals have even gone as high as $20,000. Of course, there is a way to do this and certain formulas to calculate cost.
